A dog chews, carries and squeezes a ball for hours. So we control what goes into it before production starts, and check it at every stage after.
Pure rubber, no silica
The ball core is made with pure natural rubber. No silica is used in the construction.
Pharma-grade, non-toxic inputs
Raw materials and rubber chemicals are specified as pharma grade. Each raw-material batch is lab tested by Bureau Veritas against applicable US and EU pet-toy criteria.
Engineered squeaker port
A smaller port and a thicker rubber wall around it hold the squeaker tight, designed so it does not push in or pull out.
Metal detection on every sheet and ball
Conveyor metal detectors catch metal as small as 0.5 mm. If anything is found, the line stops and the item is segregated.
